Set a timer ...The answer to this come from FlyLady.<br />Set a timer (watch/cooker?) for say 10 minutes and do that task for that time. When the timer goes off - stop.<br />You may or may not be finished but it will be "better than it was" (my new mantra).<br />If 10 mins seems to daunting for now set it up for 5 mins.
